Relate Birmingham is a registered charity providing a range of counselling, sex therapy, and educational services to individuals, couples, families and young people across Birmingham, Solihull, Sandwell, Walsall and South Staffordshire.
We have a vacancy for an administrator based at our main premises just off Broad Street, Birmingham to provide overall administrative support to the organisation and work as part of the appointments team.
In this broad and varied role we are looking for a well-organised and resourceful individual to contribute to the day to day running of the office and appointments service and assist the Administration Manager in maintaining administrative and financial systems, room hire and promoting services.
You will have significant experience in an administrative role, excellent IT, organisational and communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people. Previous marketing experience and use of Sage Line 50 would be beneficial.
The core working hours will be daytime Monday to Friday but due to our opening hours some flexibility in working hours will be needed to provide evening and weekend cover.
